FAQ
1. How many guests may come to my party?
How many adults?
The number of guests/friends may vary depending on
your party package. For a Classic Party,15 guests are
included in your package price. For a Deluxe or
Premium Package, 25 guests are included in your
package price. As for the number of adults, we ask
that you DO NOT exceed 25 adults per party. This will
then allow you to comfortably accommodate all of your
guests needs.
2. What if I exceed the allowed number of
guests/friends in my Party Package?
No worries, add-on guests/friends will be an additional
$10.00 ea...and remember, parents (25) are welcome to
stay & play for FREE!
3. Will there be someone in the party room for the
duration of my event?
Yes! Even though the "Party Parent(s)" is required to
be present throughout the party, Jolly Jumps will have
at least 2 supervisors/staff to provide a trouble free, fun
filled party experience.

Yes we do! Jolly Jumps Staff is happy to assist with the initial set-up, the
preparation & serving of all food items, and of course the clean-up of your
entire party.
5. Are you able to bring in outside food?
Yes, Only: Cake, Cupcakes, Individual Ice Cream Cups, and
Individually Packaged Drinks (bottled water, juice boxes). Please NO
coolers/ice chests WITH ICE.
Pizza is allowed, when ordered from Jolly Jumps. NOTE: Ordering pizza
is an additional charge, and would come from Domino's Pizza or Tony's
New York Pizza. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Unfortunately, NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED. We apologise
for any inconvenience(s).

products for cake and/or pizza: plates, napkins, and
utensils for all party guests. If you would like themed
paper products, feel free to bring them along, our staff
will be happy to set up your themed paper products upon
request.
7. When should the "Party Parent" arrive? When
should the guests arrive?
The "Party Parent" should arrive no more than 10-15
minutes before their party time, the time allowed is
plenty of time to attend to all of your party needs.
Please NO EARLIER! This time is alloted for questions
pertaining to your party, gathering guests, and for any
last minute request(s). Guest should NO MORE than
arrive 5-7 minutes before the scheduled party time.
This time will allow guests to sign in, and turn in signed
waivers. Staff will also inform all participates of Jolly
Jumps safety rules, and Jolly Jumps party policies.
